SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping is 3-5 working days in metro area (eastern states 7-10 days) and Express Shipping is 1-3 (eastern states 3-5) working days in metro area at a cost of $4.95-$14.95, allow extra time for remote/rural areas. These shipping time frames are a shipping time frame guide only, the shipping times are subject to any Australia Post delays that can arise and it is the customers responsibility to order with an appropriate time frame to receive their order. Shipping times can also be effected by the time of day that the order was placed. Shipping is standard shipping through Australia Post. Free standard shipping of online store items only. Once posted you will receive a tracking number and it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and to be available to receive the parcel. Shipping in Australia only. Standard postage for wedding orders is $20 per box (3-5 bouquets depending on bouquet sizes)

Shipping turns and responsibilities complies with Australia Post's shipping policies, Floret Designs is not responsible for orders not being received if orders have been posted to the correct address provided and tracking information states the order has been delivered to the correct address. All orders delivered by Australia Post will need to be signed for.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds/returns are not given for customers change of mind, so please choose correctly. All orders are to be paid in full to place the order with no refunds due to customers change of mind. All custom orders are send photos of the finished arrangements for final approval prior to postage incase of any needed alterations, once posted/collected any alterations will be at the customers expense including any postage requirements. Floret Designs may have to substitute unavailable stock in custom orders to the closest match available if necessary. If in the rare event your order is damaged in postage a replacement of either the same product or similar product will be offered (at Floret Designs choice) with the returned order back to Floret Designs posted at the customers cost however no refunds will be given and the damaged product/products must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. Express postage will not be refunded after order has been posted.
