Please choose carefully - all products are artificial florals. Read descriptions before ordering.
Exchanges (if approved)
Unused item must be return posted within 24 hours at your cost. Replacement ships once received with postage at your cost.
Damaged in transit
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and we'll send a replacement. Note: flat petals from packaging are not classed as damage - gently fluff them out.
Colour variations
Lighting may slightly affect how colour appear on screen. We strive for accurate representations.
